Dr. Hillary McBride: I Can Trust Her (E16)
Trusting the deep Knowing within myself became key to healing from years of gaslighting abuse. Coming back to my body and trusting "her" as my ally was the work Dr. Hillary McBride, therapist and author, did with me in my Year of Jess. Hillary holds sacred space in my heart. She is one of my beautiful healers. In this episode, we share how I found her and talk about the work and play we did in Tanzania Africa together. We talk about a topic she was strategic in helping me heal from...Gaslighting. This is the story of how embodiment was key to healing me from the trauma of gaslighting abuses. I hope that this episode brings you healing as well.
