Erika Addington: Nothing Stops A Teacher’s Heart (E17)

There is no arguing that our teachers have had a heroic role during this pandemic. It was important to me to begin hearing the stories of women who have played significant roles in our communities during such unknown times. Erika shares her story of loving our kids, as teachers so beautifully do, and also managing her own risks in the process.

We have chosen to leave politics out of this for the sake of hearing the heart of being a teacher navigating through the rapid changes.

I hope that you will feel as I do after this conversation: an immense desire to thank and support our teachers. Their resiliency and hope have been a light to our children.

Please share these stories of beautiful women.  Their stories matter and cause us all to rise to even more empowering versions of ourselves.
